Yes, our packing services are insured. We strive to provide the utmost care during the packing process. However, it's important to note that our responsibility is limited to the items we directly handle. We do not offer moving services, so the responsibility for transportation and loading/unloading falls to your chosen moving team or company. We are happy to act as moving concierge on moving day to direct the moving company in your new home.

Certainly! We call this Move Concierge Services. A lot of our clients opt for this service. We're delighted to not only pack all your belongings but also to unpack and organize them in your new home. Our insurance doesn’t cover moving and transportation but we are happy to oversee moving operations of our chosen moving company on the big day. We can make sure valuable items are loaded into you personal vehicles, manage placement of boxes, and even have a warm meal ready for you when you arrive in your new home!
