+ How Much Will My Project Cost?
During our free consultation we'll discuss your needs and your goals for completing the process. We strive to never over promise and under deliver so we'll base our service recommendation on what we feel is truly the best option for you (not necessarily the cheapest). You'll sign the contract, and we get started! Simple as that. If we finish a project earlier than projected, most clients want to continue working in other areas of their space or routines to make the most of what they signed up for.
You are not only paying for the work within the session but also all of the hours spent working outside your space. This includes things like your custom plan, gathering supplies, shopping for products, access to the latest and greatest techniques/information in our industry, unlimited text support and donation/recycling/trash disposal services. You also gain access to our personal network of trusted professionals that can help you with aspects of your project that go beyond organization and productivity.
+ What Happens To My Decluttered Belongings?
As part of our service, We will take one full carload, per session, to any donation center or charity you choose. Recycling, trash, and household hazardous waste removal are included with larger packages or can be purchased for an additional fee.
Any additional trips during a single session or mileage driven over 10 miles will incur a flat fee per trip.
+ How Long Will My Project Take?
We will do our best to determine the answer to this during your free consultation. It mostly depends on how quickly you want to get through specific tasks. Some clients declutter super fast, and many others need time to think things over and really be sure they're making the right decision. The assessment questions we ask during our consultation will help us to make the best projection of how much time we'll need to reach the finish line. Time left over almost always results in the ability to complete a fun, bonus project for you!

A project always begins with a conversation. In that conversation, which we refer to as a consultation, we create you action plan. Regardless of which package you choose, we'll provide you with step-by-step instructions including where to start.

We are a full-service orgnanizing company with a done-for-you approach. Unlike may other organizing companies, our services allow you to be hands-off if you like. We take care of every detail and help guide you through making the executive decisions about what items stay vs. go. You are in charge, but we make it happen.

Absolutely, without question. We will never share your information with anyone without your knowledge and consent and we respect your privacy. Beyond that we aim to be your champion throughout the process as it can be very overwhelming and stressful for many people. Change does not often come easy and judgement from us won't help get you anywhere. If you steer off the path or get distracted, We'll gently guide you back on track to make sure you accomplish what you had set out to do.
+ How Does A Session Work?
We have a three simple package options that will take care your project needs. If you just need some guidance and a place to start choose an in-home assessment session. We'll walk you through measurements, make suggestions and map your space. View packages for organizing here
Sessions are run in 4-5 hour blocks and involve all the hands on work and support you need to get the work done for you.
Once you sign your contract and pay your deposit we'll get started asap! We do our best to include all your appointment dates and times in your contract.
Please note: Your Session Package will expire three months from the start date stipulated in your contract and will need to be completed and paid in full by the contract end date.

In-Home Assessments are 60 minutes. Assessments are spent touring your space either in person or virtually and We'll walk you through measurements, make suggestions, and map your space.
Basic Sessions as part of your chosen package are run in 4-5 hour blocks and involve all the hands on work and support you need to get the work done.
