What Are the Terms?

Unsubscribe to the I Speak Organized Community: You will no longer receive email marketing communications from I Speak Organized at the email address you provide. You may continue to receive non-marketing communications regarding your account, transactions, or legal notices.

Unsubscribe to I Speak Organized Premier: You will no longer receive monthly service, perks, premium discounts, or access to our exclusive bonus referral program. You may continue to purchase services at the classic rate and you can renew your subscription at any time. Please note that you will have to verify your identity via the email we have on file and sign a release from your Client Agreement in that email.

Access My Data: We will provide you with a summary of your Personal Data along with a link to our Privacy Policy that explains how this data may be used. We will provide you with Personal Data that is directly linked to the information you provide on the form. Note: As a security measure, before we provide any Personal Data to you, you will be asked to verify your identity via the email we have on file.

Delete My Data: We will delete all Personal Data directly linked with the information you provide on the form, that we do not need to keep for legal, security, financial, or tax purposes. After a deletion request, you may continue to receive emails if you re-engage with us, or if you have multiple emails on file. Before we delete your Personal Data, you will be asked to verify your identity via the email we have on file.
